Sharks Swim & Dive Team
The SHARKS Swim and Dive program emphasizes FUN and TEAM SPIRIT and is a great way to meet new friends. Our coaches' work with the kids to improve their skills and techniques, build self-confidence, develop teamwork, and teach good sportsmanship in a competitive, yet a fun environment.
The SHARKS compete in the Seven Hills Swim League with Indian Hill, Miami Hills (Milford), Normandy (Loveland), Terrace Park and Turpin Hills. This past year we had over 160 swimmers and divers, of all ages, participating in our program.
Most meets are held on Thursday nights which allows you to have your weekends free to do family activities. All the children compete in their age group based on their birthday as of June 1st. The age groups are 8 & unders, 9-10's; 11-12's; 13-14's; 15-18's.
If you are interested in having your child become a SHARK, they must be able to swim one length of the pool without stopping and be under 18 years old as of June 1st. Additionally, you must be a registered member of the Forest Hills Swim Club.

* REGISTRATION AND SUIT UP DAY is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11th,2022
5-7 p.m.. * All SHARK members must fill out the 2022 Swim & Dive Team Registration Link along with the 2022 Medical Release form and along with the 2022 Code of Conduct prior to competing. This year, as part of registration fee, your Shark will get this year's SHARKWEAR T-shirt and cap. Please make sure to indicate your child's T-shirt size on the registration form. * Show your support for the Shark swim and dive teams by ordering car decals and spirit wear. **Each swimmer and diver will receive a team shirt** Shark Spirit Wear Order Form * Swimville Suit Order Form(2019) * Swim and dive meets take a lot of workers and are run soley by our families We request that each family work 2 times (1/2 meet each time) for each swimmer they have on the team and a minimum of 1 time per diver. To understand what type of volunteering is needed at our swim meets, please review the Meet Job Description. You will be able to find the Sign Up Genius links for all jobs on our website.
